So glad you had a good birth. I have mixed feelings about my doula. I loved her, don't get me wrong, but during labor I found her breathing instructions annoying (she said the same things your doula said). :P Mainly I was happy to have her because she fed me after Jack was born (I couldn't lift my arms).
