Wow. That’s really great! Love the t.v. stand turned armoire (did I spell that right?) I would never have thought of that. I too bought the Target cube thingy with the canvas drawers. Yours is sooo much better and I’m sure it holds a lot more.

Scissor deflecting plastic! Bwahahaha! That is sooo true. Good godfrey! I am thinking of investing in electric scissors before Christmas. Is it wrong to buy your children’s toys based on how they are packaged?

*Love* the baskets on your self-made shelf.

I laughed when I saw the quilt hang – I hung the little comforter that came with Braden’s bed set on the wall, too… but I am so freakin’ cheap (or lazy?) that I used thumbtacks and safety pins. You did much better.

I’m even cheaper – the only thing in Jack’s room I bought was a cube shelf from Target with canvas drawers in it. Cost me less than $50 and I used a gift card.

How is the quilt hanging on that rod? I really like that idea. We have a few quilts for Jack and I figure since we never use them we could at least hang them. (Actually, one quilt is on the back of a chair in our living room and as soon as he gets a bed, it will go there. And it came in handy when we had the fire scare.)
