I still don't know either. We've moved across the country twice, and each time had to get rid of all of our worldly posessions, as they're cheaper to replace than to move 3,000 miles. So we've gotten used to a very zen existence, having very few things and nearly empty rooms. We prefer it that way now, and other people's houses look so cluttered to us. But making it a home? Your cleaning before Scout comes home reminds me of the time J was TDY and came home a week early. I seriously told him to come back in an hour. Yes I missed him, yes I was surprised. So surprised in fact I couldn?¢‚Ç¨‚Ñ¢t allow him to see what had happened to the house over the 6 weeks he was away.
