We'll see how it does this year. Assuming that it does well (or there's good produce otherwise available) we're talking about canning / dehydrating this summer and fall. I think it's a good goal. I figure if I keep everything alive, I can get bigger. I also want to get chooks and ducks (eggs and meat. Yay!) but that involves cleaning out the old chook shed and *shudder* it's bad in there. The people before us left it full of rubbish and crap.
