I am impressed. I tried a while ago to spin but just kept throwing the spindle across the room. Now I REFUSE to spin. My own theory is that fleeces take up more room than yarn, lovely, lovely yarn and so I can have more bang for the closet space if I just bought stuff that someone else made.

Hey, that looks like my first attempt, second attempt, third attempt…..I keep getting told that I will improve so it’s nice to see that someone else is making the same chunky monkey yarn that I spin.

I love the drop spindle…..it just has to learn to love me.

I had a drop spindle habit for quite a while. It’s soothing work. I had some goats wool (fur? Stuff?) that I adored the feel of. I can’t think of what it was called now and I’m too lazy to google. A pretty blue. Ahhh.
