		<description>Glad you gave it a try.  I can give you plenty of ab exercises that have nothing to do with crunches! 

At the gym, hanging leg lifts are da bomb-giggly!  And don&#039;t forget side planks (OK, so maybe you&#039;ll want to forget them...).  Kick ups... ball wall squats (I know.. who would have guessed?)  ball slams (great for tension relief). etc...</description>
