My goal is to lose 50 pounds by February 24, 2012.
Which will be my . . . thirty . . . . uh . . . next birthday.
3500 calories to a pound. 50 pounds. 175000 calories to burn.
I bought new gym shorts (XL), shirt (mens L) and shoes.
I got on the scale at 188.4 today.
I bought broccoli and vitamin C.
I made a smoothie.
I went to the gym for the first time since . . . November?
I went .9 miles on the elliptical for 115 calories.
174,885 calories to go.
I don’t wanna be all haterade on you, because you know I DO support your goal of being healthy. I do.
And 50 is a nice round number.
But I’m wondering if 138.4 is really attainable and sustainable for you?
We’re the same height and similar build, and I know that 138 was attainable for me pre-baby. Now? I think 150 is a more realistic and sustainable goal. But that’s just me. Maybe you’re different at that weight than I was. (A size 4-6 at 138.)
So, just a cautionary reality check. I want you to feel your sexy mojo again and reign in those boobies.
I know you will kick ass. XOXO
